Night Dreams

What is this dream trying to show me?

Some dreams linger.

Dreams sometimes have a tendency to stay with us after we're awake. The feelings linger as if our mind and body are trying to show us something. A recurring image might connect with a feeling that hasn't yet found words. A person in a dream might bring something about a relationship into focus, or something unfamiliar might reveal a part of yourself you haven't consciously recognised. Not every dream needs to carry a profound message. You can simply become curious about what happens when you pay attention.

Exploring dream work.

I enjoy exploring dreams with people who are curious about their inner world and want to understand experiences that don't always make sense through ordinary conversation. Drawing from Jungian insights and Arnold Mindell's process work, she can help you slow the dream down, explore its images, feelings, sensations and unexpected details, and notice the connections that emerge. She isn't there to tell you what your dream means, but to explore it with you.
